In case there is/are discrepancy/ies in the entry/ies in PSA-issued Certificate of Live Birth and the government-issued ID presented, the entry/ies in the PSA-issued Certificate of Live Birth shall prevail.

Clients requesting the printing of their ePhilID (National ID in paper format) are required to present their official transaction slip or reference number during their appointment.
Appointments may be rescheduled if the required documents are not presented.
